Septic leach out fields- membrane?

I’ve been asked to look at some drains at the cricket club , the river is the same level as the playing field so the existing land drains just fill up the minute it rains. Any ideas on what we could do ? Doesn’t help it’s on the bottom of the valley there’s f**k all going for the job really
