I mostly drive Hitachi and they would do that. And boom in would slew 360. The problem is they can't lift it high enough to take it off a trailer or transit and track away. Have to lift them up then drive the vehicle out the way.

Probably is less than 900kg. Its not quite full stretch on a short stick and notice it pulls the boom down and won't pick it back up

talking of buying chinese stuff i bought a tree shear for my 14 tonner delivered to the door ,vat and import tax etc paid for £2400 from rimma machinery which is a well know company .it paid for itself in 2 jobs which i would not of had without it ,owned it 4yrs now and taken some abuse it does bend the fork side now and again but will bend back with the machine cold .the ram seals need doing now but thats it.heres the big thing places like bucket ware house selling these for 5 grand plus as a rebadged item pretending there something else and thats plus vat,delivery etc

I bought a Sany SY50u this past winter with a couple buckets and a mulcher that has been disappointing me. But the machine has been strong, good on fuel, and has a nice feel in the sticks. It's not as fancy as Kubota or Yanmar in the cab but it makes me money and I've never been happier to run my own little outfit. I also have a rotating grab on its way.
I started looking for a machine last year but all the local outfits like Kubota, Bobscrap, Deere John, Crapapillar, Hibachi, and Takeuchi couldn't deliver till late this summer. I had looked at a couple of Sany's whilst on holidays in Southern Alberta and was pretty impressed by what I saw and felt when I tried out a couple machines. Ideally I'd like a ten tonne machine and they make one but I don't have a truck that can pull one yet. In buying this machine and buying a mulcher for it I've managed to get some work with a local conservation group mulching fire breaks and grown in pasture land. There is a possibility of me getting some work cutting up some scrap implements for the group and some other local work like cleaning up old farm yards etc.

@Gunners did a video a week or 2 ago I think on them seemed impressed.
Only downside supporting China even more!

When I got mine I was about $15,000 cheaper than most of the competition before I started adding attachments. Deere wanted $112,000 for same size machine with one 24" trenching bucket and one 36" tilt-bucket I didn't even ask about a mulcher or grab or anything.

Yeah I have to start somewhere and nobody has anything in stock and the used market seems to have dried up so I pulled the trigger.nice to hear from you @BertB. .... you finally went for it then .... glad to hear it's working ok.
