The 2.6 sany is a lovely looking, hi spec machine but I don’t like it. I tried it in bsnners yard with no hitch when I picked up the smaller ones. When they rang with a good deal on a 2.6 I took it. It’s been out only once on our own jobs, we all prefer the old doosans. Not sure why it’s so noddy, and geometry doesn’t feel right but the miller quick hitch and buckets wouldn’t look out of place on a 5t! I’m going to sort a counterweight out for it but for self drive it would have to come off anyway to keep the weight down. Still haven’t been over s bridge with it but I bet it’s overweight already..it’s built heavy.
I have one, and as you say the nodding is an issue. Have you tracked down a counterweight for it yet? I'm told that even 75kg makes a difference.
On a brighter note, I'm also told that the machine is set up badly from the factory, to 'save emissions'. There is a cheat sheet going round the dealers that you take a cap off, give the pump two screws, and it's supposedly a changed machine. The tracks start to work for one thing. Another thing we have to thank Greta for I suppose?

main relief valve probably ... unloads long before it loads the pumps and consequently the motor ... that'd make for a different machine
