Generally means it was to cheap, but we cant get to greedy its nearly 20 years old. Just a random rare size. I mean i could of put it up for 4k etc but it gets a bit silly surely
Probably a price that's fair to everyone tbh. It's ok looking at current prices and trying to get silly prices for everything short term but long term you could end up with a rep for being dear and that can take shaking off. Paint amazingly good, think it had a good paint job done when it wasn't that old?

imo, you cant go wrong with a dumper at the right price (providing it not a dog), you got it when you need it, and wont lose out if you decide to get rid.

That dumper 😍
Did you not buy it Harry? That should have been snapped- it looks identical to my 2 ton in age and condition- and yes bonnet starting to rust a bit on mine too but easy fix if it ever came to it. What did it sell for Reg?

prices listed. Guy called up while i was out, took account number and stuck a big depo across. Collecting Monday. For reference I wouldn't have moved a penny on it

Sorry, I didn’t see any prices listed, I was curious as I paid £4200 plus vat for mine, which im sure a few years ago might have been considered hardly a steal. But having looked around for best part of a year- most stuff that sort of size and age was £5-6k plus and half the condition.

We have just sale agreed our latest build, in no rush to buy the next one, hopefully we are timing it right by selling high and waiting it out for prices to drop…(housing market will get messy at somepoint I’m sure!!) plenty of jobs to do on the farm side of things over the next 6 months so im not fussed about jumping straight back into another big project!
Just got ours under offer with completion for September. Not finding much to rock my boat at the moment as I tend to like ex local authority houses with large corner gardens where I can stick another house. Very few corners left in my favourite hunting ground!!

Two lovely corner plots across from the property I have just completed.. problem is Plot(knackard house) value on here have just gone up 100k in the last 12 months, add in extra build cost which is easily 50k more at the current time leaves you with very little profit in them.. unless obviously I could get another house on them, but that would mean demo the existing house and rebuild two..

Would of loved it but need a bigger trailer then 🤦🏼‍♂️ A well used cheap 1.5 would be perfect it’s all on the list 🤣

Mid Cheshire, it’s all well making more but it’s going to hurt when we buy the next one! Even more so if prices settle out when we come to sell it! 😣

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
not sure what the sq meterage is here but properties have gone ballistic round here ... ex-authority 2 bed semis making £350k in less than desirable spots.
Pam flagged up a 3 bed terrace last night for over £500k FFS ... was nowt to look at and virtually zero garden ....... absolutely mental here ATM ... can't last - can it??:unsure: A lot worse than the noughties, 'fore it went pop in a huge way ... dropped 35% after the bubble burst

Get a bigger trailer then! you must need one now with all your attachments coming along too? I like the 10x5s for 1.8 tonners as can fit a single drum roller (for example) on the trailer along with the machine, come back and get dumper with out changing trailers etc.
