Sanderson forklift stalling

So, I've bought the Sanderson sb55 forklift, so she's all good only issue I've got is when I try to drive forwards or put the engine under a good amount of load she wants to stall out did it several times but will start right up again afterwards. I think she may be a little low on fuel but would that cause that to happen?

Likely fuel starvation to my mind. Give her a good service.

filters, water trap, gauze in the lift pump and any gauzes in banjo fittings ... and if that don't cure it, collapsing fuel line inners ... or lift pump diaphragm ....as said fuel starvation'd be my bet too

Could well have sucked a load of crap into the filter. Change the filter, blow the fuel line back to the tank, add some fresh diesel, bleed the filter and see what happens. That's the basics, then go from there.
