the seasonal hike in prices has 'hit' as usual 
..... gone from 50-53p / l., (inc. 5%VAT),through the summer, to 65p / l., (inc.), to me, on me last pick up, last week for 315 litres, at me local 'motion lotion' emporium
.... Abergavenny Fuels, Triley.
........ pump price to J. Bloggs, Esq., with a couple of cans was 73p / l., last Wednesday.

Got 1000l yesterday delivered into my tank, 60p/L plus vat. That was from Rawlings in Hook, Hants.

63p a litre then including 5% ..... I collect mine - [two miles away] - as it's convenient. They'd deliver me 500, no prob.s, but as they're so close, I don't bother 'em with dragging up here for 500L.

I’m doubting myself now! It’s definitely red though, and I’m sure it was 48 as I ring 3 suppliers each time and the others were closer to 55 (so I realised it was cheap!). I think the girl there likes me....

Ordered 500 of red on Monday 57.9p plus vat along with 500 kerosene at 51.95 plus vat. Gloucester. Supplier was Beacon Fuels at Malvern

Pay nothing. Drain it from machines that come in full 90% of the time have 1000 litres in a tank most of the time and still end up selling machines with full tanks some can yeild over 100 litres

Is it really worth your time to drain £50 worth of diesel from a machine?
I'd just tell the customer, "this is my best price, and for you, I'll throw in a full tank of diesel!"

'tis if you heat yer workshop with it Doob .... couple of hundred quids-worth of red a month soon adds up ... money you don't have to make.
When they abolish red ..... and it'll come, sooner or later
... been threatening it for years, Ross'll be able to run his vehicles too ..... although I doubt there'll be so many full tanks coming in then

The problem is I don’t really have the space and most people shy away from it as I can’t guarantee how clean it is

We get a lot of stuff from the airport for scrap and all come with the tanks full of gas oil maybe draw 40 litres from the small gear like mobile steps etc. But we’ve had a few 40 &50 ton tugs in recently they have 3-400 litres each I’ve had to get a couple of bowsers to store the stuff not bought fuel for a good two years now and have got about 5,000 in tanks shame it’s not white plus all the hydraulic oil from them which I then put through a three filter hydraulic pump (which also came in the scrap)
And I even get paid to “de-polute them

I had 1500l at 57ppl nearly a fortnight ago off dragon petroleum, part of NWF, if your price is right I think I need to be having words with them.

Low 70s from NWF fuels here. 200 or so ltrs at a time and I don't haggle the price i just want to buy it and get on with my work.
Other country's have been running plant on white for years at the end of the day the customers pay for it.
i did notice on a bulk delivery a few years ago the red looked like it was "watered" down with kero I presumed. Anyone else seen this?
