I've got a R-Tech P50 IIRC, don't use it much but it's been reliable

I've just used my R-Tech P50 today. Lovely bit of bit- good value. Cheap comapred to a Hypotherm but does the job and if reliability is anything like my R-Tech Mig 250 I will be very happy.

It's streets ahead of the Cut-50 I used to use.

what're the duty cycles on those guys ..... sod all on R-tech's own pages and it's the most important bit of info
32A supply required so must be putting out some proper juice

No idea. The duty cycle on the mig is pretty good so would assume its OK- it's an inverter based set.

60% @ 50A @ 40 degrees C

^That's bloody good!! The MIG is 35% at 250amps or 60% at 200 amps, which is plenty for me.

yes that is very good ..... for full chat ....... but then pulling 32A I'd expect it to be 'up there'

Yep, I recall being quite impressed with the specs of it when I bought it. Barely used it though mind!

^Same here. Finally got a decent air line system installed last week, so now it's a case of flick the switch and she'll work. Maybe I'll use it more now!

got three torches here that'd plug straight into that Euroconnector ..... just added it to me watch list

Surprised Phil Weekes, the guy I had me inverter mig off doesn't do any inverter plasmas smaller than 80A .... obviously a market for them
