I have a roadside ditch to pipe in , about 40ml with 300mm id twinwall, there are 4 100mm topwater pipes to join into it, they want access but have to be able to stand an odd car so a little conc chamber and lid cut and sat on the twinwall, concreted round is likely get smashed in the event of a car ..... whats the best way chaps any suggestions ?

They do chamber bases for 300mm twin wall. Bit pricey but would work well. Once completely surrounded by concrete.
Better option would be to install a 300mm inspection chamber to each top pipe further back in the verge with just a t piece in the carrier pipe.
