If you know the dimensions and spec @V8Druid had a link for a seller who specialised in solenoids

Sorry, mis read that, thought you where looking for a replacement coil

On my pc45 it’s under floor in the cab I took the side plate off just under the door and there’s two together one does the two speed travel the other the dead man’s handle

well the problem has now escalated ,slew brake wont come off now tested coils and earths which are well within spec have even swopped wires over on coils but still brings up same fault and fault code looking for any ideas before having to get dealers out .thanks

I had a pc138 give me problems with the slew brake lately.... it was the switch at fault

code says faulty solenoid but it tests fine with a meter ,in theory by swaping wires over should produce different code but it doesnt mbk is nearly 100 miles away will be close to a grand for them to come look at it

Swap the plug on the switch with the beacon switch beside it.... im pretty sure the code i had said solenoid too

can you trace back via the hydraulic line to the brake? May be as simple as bad connection/broken wire.

I had the same issue with the 'Drema some time ago and although the coil tested fine, swapping a coil over from elsewhere cured it, so new coil bought and has been fine since

Been a while since I was on here no bloody Internet for nearly 2 months have posted another thread which I hope has the solution to this problem

But the Gov are 'sposed to have rolled out access for all across Wales Martyn ..... give your MP some serious sh1t ...... 2 months is appalling and beyond any excuses ..... you have my sympathies .. ours usually goes west on a Friday, so's a minimum of 5 days 'fore it gets looked at and that seems like weeks

apparently we have fibre in the road up to/past us ...... the chances of ever seeing it down here are non existent

I signed up for fibre with a new provider said it's at the end of my lane and would be in by the end of the next week, they came as promised can't install cos pole by house is elec and phone shared so need special permission to use pole .
Still no connection but have now given us a Vodafone hotspot thing with a sim card till it's done
