from what I read elsewhere, it'll still be up to the individual to pursue, not an automatic system as the Germans have where it is ILLEGAL to owe beyond terms and very easily pursued litigiouslyHmm be interesting to see if this is the golden goose, on the surface it all sounds good, but will it just mean more "bust agains" ?

I’ve just had court debt collectors take £2300 off the director of a relatively small builder who had refused to pay the initial £600 invoice!
That was just the call out charge…..one look at the client and he didn’t want to do anymore in case in didn’t have the funds!!Erm… why are my invoices from you never just £600…..?
