Great machines Fredwhat is the footprint of your duck, it seems to have a little bit more grunt than they 18 ton EW160C.

you'll find a lot of the smaller Hydrema ducks on all sorts of plant sites Boyo .... and they're rarely 'expensive' .... this is an even handier pricehttps://www.mascus.fr/4-occasion/pelle-pneus/hydrema-weimar-900/jjlp7xgn.html
That looks handy tool at sensible money
footprint is a little shorter and a little wider than a JCB telehandler by the looks which is ok.

could https://www.mascus.fr/4-occasion/pelle-pneus/hydrema-m-1500/lvcrdk8x.html be road registered ?
How is your diary looking for a quick all expenses paid flit to Poland Mr Druid to have a look at her. I'm very interested.
Just noticed it doesnt have stabs at the rear. Really this are a must for a material handler ?
I got my Menzi A61 Road registered, but it was a pain to do. I’m away at present, but when I get back I’ll see if I still have the forms.
Don’t remember anything about CE, they were most concerned about proving the date of manufacture. The makers plate and a letter from the manufacturer were not enough for DVLA, so ended up on a Q plate.
Graham
As it will be primarily a material handler, load will be very high on the list. For example setting 6 or 7 M RSJ steels into ridges etc. Will need full stretch.
Maybe the photo but the rams look smaller than the ones on yours.
I'll make some calls when i get time next week and find out about getting a number plate on a non CE plant. Must be able to do it I guess.
bet that took some filling out GraI'm back in the office and looked up the forms. Here's a link
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-a-used-vehicle-for-the-first-time-v555
v55x5-application-for-first-vehicle-tax-and-registration-of-a-used-motor-vehicle.pdf
Just fill it out best you can then they send it back marking the bits they don't like, then repeat the same proceedure half a dozen times at least until either they relent and take your money or you give up in discust. Bearing in mind you are trying to give the government money you would have thought they would have been a bit keener.bet that took some filling out Gra..... love the way they ask for a reg. no.
.........and you're applying for one
....... typical Gov. cover everything in one form B.S. ..... and if you don't/can't complete an item, it'll keep bouncing back, I assume ???
..... talk about making life difficult
