I called home few weeks ago left phone in yard by mistake. 2 guys 1 road down, with a plank on the ridge with guy on step ladder on top of it flaunching chimney pot.
The other guy on the roof ladder holding the plank acting as a counter weight for the guy on the ladder.

So that insulation has burnt or that was a big pile of pallets? I know our insurance is void if we keep pallets within 15m or something of the building.

Yes that is a 1 Ton excavator hiding in the middle!
Surprisingly, this one is not stolen but the driver was dealt with for having an overweight vehicle
