Anyone using a transit to run multiple loads that kind of size to the tip is a muppet. Just book a grab and concentrate on doing the actual job.

I don’t bother running any muck anymore unless it’s like 5 miles from the farm then it’s worth doing, otherwise like you grab or 8 wheeler.

Local fabrication company had this in to straighten up…. Obviously not going through insurance so no questions are asked….!

That doesn't look fixable to me. Better to take the knock on the insurance.

Any idea what happened?

's not a job for 'the local fabricator' ...... bet they legged it pretty quick from whatever they clobbered with it

nothing other than gravity holding it on that trailer and has obviously been transferred onto it after being partially dismantled

New cab, nee complete arm, new undercarriage it’ll be fine :)
Boom, couple of rams, cab, dipper might need a repair and away you go 🤣🤣. It's all the other small bits that add up as well though even too make a codge of it, it still needs to be able to work. Cab will be a big chunk to buy, chances of getting one from a breaker are slim to non existent you'd think.
