A couple more from the “archives”, the first one was a case of the blind leading the blind.... artic following the dumper to the tip up his arse the whole way. Once they reached the tip dumper driver never checked mirrors or camera and reversed straight into the truck 
2nd pic shows the problem with paying load bonuses. Another 6 wheeler cut across the damaged truck when he was turning on the tip and took the front of his mates truck with him

Lack of training I guess. He may have a dumper ticket, but if he didn't learn on one of these it is a different game.
Given that, he is being an idiot trying to climb the heap with the skip raised and running away without turning it off shows a pretty high degree of stupidity and as the saying goes you can't teach stupid.

I was told by my instructor for forward tip dumper that my ticket wouldn't cover me for 1t hi tips and it was a separate course

Cpcs ticket covers it think npors have a separate course to try and cash in.
What happens in the case of the 1.5,2 and 3t high tip dumpers or high tip swivel dumpers where would it stop
