used to get 'em come in to me from 'the Alun Davies Training Centre up the valleys who'd done a 6 MONTH course, looking for work as a welder ... absolutely clueless .. would go to a mig turn everything back to zero and ask them to set it up for 'X' and lay down a run ... none of them knew how to switch the set on let alone set it up ...... absolute bloody joke ...... can't see this bollox being any better

Anyway ... Ai and robots're gonna be doing all the work next week apparently - aren't they ?
