coming out of a roundabout too fast'd be my guess

Just complete lack of strapping. Bags or packaged bales on pallets are the worst thing to tie down as the wrap isn't that tight and they don't have enough friction between them. Especially bag goods like that where the contents moves. Really want to be against the head board or a more solid pallet and X strapped.

Rob Taylor once said to me , never get yer wheels/tracks parallel to an edge .. always stay square on to it -- you have a chance of recovering then if anything lets go

Good shout I reckon..
Once saw a telehandler a lad hit a big manhole cover at speed scraping up...apart from head into windscreen🤕🤕 it did some serious damage to boom pins etc.

I vividly don't remember hitting an island at the start of a dual carriageway intersection with an angle plough........wouldn't have hit it if someone else hadn't already swiped the bollard off and it and it would have been a lot worse if the blade hadn't had nearly new sprung wear sections 🤣
