I reckon from the bend on whats left of the ear that's had some abuse. The opposite ear is sound, could it be the pin was short or walked out and set up a twisting force all on one side?

Shoved walls over about 6in at least on both sides. Must have seriously twatted it.

Last time it was one side....full scaffold and was closed about 6 weeks. This is major if you look closely.

Looks like the side the bolt goes in to hold the pin in place has worked lose and started cracking from bolt hole
