Becoming very very hard to employ folk, sounds like they need constant supervision, because when they do something stupid it’s the employers fault the whole time?! Like standing under a suspended load is just a no no?!!

If the employer hadn’t put the squashed bloke through the ‘don’t stand under a suspended load’ ticket then they are open to HSE going in dry sadly…
