More to it than that, they are trying to work off the back of a beaver tale 8 wheeler parked on sidewalk (big duck) to dig a front garden up.
Look where grass and lamppost are it’s never been driven up the ramps. No chains though and city pads!

it opened up in such a large full screen display for me that I couldn't get to see any real detail. they were never going to be able to reach it all anyway, if that was the plan and if so WTF was it not chained down .. as you say - city pads were never going to sit still on there
