They have a tendency to do so. Know a few that have been over. They have manually expanding tracks. They swing out so as they expand the machine gets lower aswell. Double bonus. Problem is in the wide position they are to wide to fit on a trailer. So they end up going up and down the ramps in the narrowest position.
But you can put the legs down a bit to ‘catch’ them when climbing/traversing dodgy ground. Muppet operator to blame IMO.

Undoubtedly the operator yes. Must be something wrong with how they where going about it to turn it over. But it's still a design flaw on the ones with swing out legs.
And one brand has proximity switches on the legs and won't track unless they are parked. Again a design flaw. I can see why they have done it, but it's a pain when moving short distances

I have a bit of an oops story regarding one of these. When I was 20 boss had me out cleaning some gutters, me and my mate were both up in the basket and the bloody outreach alarm went off with us both outstretched in the basket. Machine was completely disabled and could only be brought back down from the ground controls. We had to wait in the basket for 3 hrs until the boss came back🤣

In 2016, a suicide bomber boarded a plane with explosives in his laptop on a Daallo Airlines flight. He intended to destroy the aircraft, but 22 minutes after takeoff, the explosive detonated, and it didn't go how he planned. When the bomb exploded, it blasted a hole in the plane and instantly sucked the bomber out. He was the only fatality in the incident. If that isn't instant karma, we don't know what is. He failed, but he got what was coming to him.

Whoever installed the sprinkler should have known this would not be a good place for it :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I’d say that’s been unloaded half over the kerb, You get away with it on a mini digger as you can put the bucket down to steady!
