No cpc required. That is basically if your employed as a lorry driver. If your a groundworker who coincidentally needs to use a lorry for part of the work you are doing then it's not required.Great post, appreciate it. Nice to see it all in layman’s terms that I can understand, doesn’t seem so scary now
