@CPS had a quick release block (similar as fitted to Avants) that you could plumb in to replace the flat face fittings on your machine - it joins multiple services together at the same time with a cammed lever. It would be good for regularly mounting/removing a tilty, but would need several setups fixed to your various attachments to really make the most of it (which I’d imagine would be expensive!).

what size hose fittings do you use that on ... very neat ... I'd considered doing something similar, but as said - rarely have issues as the 'Drema'll dump pressure very easily ..... could do with that for lil' jake and the Haner's 1/4" FF couplings though... tight together and can't get your hand around them

We also use these Q/Rs with build in pressure eliminator. Seem to be a great job also.

ISO A,s rarely give pressure issues anyway ... it's the FF,s that're the bar stewards ... once you slide the collar back on the A,s those balls're gonna let go - end of

Sure they used to have one in Sheffield, definitely one in wirksworth & Somercotes , but it seems they have been acquired by a big group now and gone/renamed!

Going back there @DaveDCB , haven’t heard that name in years! They moved from Wirksworth up to Middleton lorry park down the road from me, and I think there was a some sort of company changes. They’re now known here as HGV direct. https://hgvdirect.co.uk

Lining and hoses look to have gone Stafford way and recently been bought out by someone

That’s what I’ve gone for, started with 50mm but it was too big…

Well it works, could probably use a flat ‘U’ shape welded on the top one and just place it over the support bracket. Just need to cut back all the hose wrap on everything so it fits nicely .
I’ll await the official @V8Druid version he’s now going to make in the hundreds for everyone

Not sure, it’s a 250kg clamp so they have some power behind them!
I tried it on the machine as it sat there for over a week, hadn’t been depressurised and it put them on no probs.

pretty sure the clamp I bought a while ago was the same .. will have a look later .... I do like your design ... simple and effective, as are all the best tools

These aren't ISO A's they are the Nordic style couplers.

ISO A's Will give pressure problems too, you may be able to open them under pressure slightly better, but try getting them back on after the pressure is stuck in them?

These do away with the problem, so far so good

no, yours are standard ISO A's, they have only just started doing the others in smaller sizes, i will oder some for stock.
