200k please……..
I guess as supercars are pointless these days due to the amount of potholes, you may as well buy a fire breathing defender with your spare ££!

Aye. Not my favourite place. The whole footballer belt the same really.

Back on Wilmslow, I was once chatting to a barrister who lived there. He was a local councillor or something and very proud that he'd managed to get a bypass built. He opened it, big ribbon, big scissors etc and the next morning promptly got pulled over for speeding on it. Still full to the brim with pride and importance, he gave the copper the ultimate, "Don't you know who I am?!" speech. Went over badly apparently. He had to use his telephone call to apologise to a judge for his absence and ask him if he could please also explain it to his client.

Always makes me laugh, we have plenty of footballers/agents/managers come view our properties , they never ever buy, always a BS excuse, or needs to sell house first etc, they always end up renting. everything high end I’ve ever sold has been to business owners.

*point I’m making is the flashy buggers all hanging around town don’t actually have any money , they just wanna look like they have!

similar tale ... my old man pulled some guy one day, way back, going like a bat out of hell ... fella winds his window down and says to the 6'4" lump of a copper stood beside him "do you realise who i am? .. I'm a member of the British racing team " (whatever that was back then) old man responds with ......
" on my track sir, the cars go in both directions .. you're nicked for due care and attention and failing to stop " ..
apparently the old man had met this guy coming at him on his side of the road, forced him onto the verge to avoid him and had then spun round and chased him several miles 'fore he'd deigned to stop :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Sister got pulled in NZ, been on a night out & her back windows in the car were steamed up so they pulled her over, she’d had 1 drink earlier in the night - straight to court, got banned for 6 months.

When I was there 10 years ago it was a really big problem and they seemingly couldn't trust the local cops to do anything about it. I remember being in the pub and the local cop being absolutely hammered and leaving in his police car
