I think Snap on used to have a range of boxes especially for vans, a heavy duty line.

Sealey still do.

But if it's permanently going to live in the van would bott or similar be best.
Can get some very good deals on FB marketplace sometimes

I once had a van fitted out with Bott tool boxes and racking, I'd guess it was big money when it was new, good quality stuff and well thought out.

Not heard of that make
They usually have a range of polstore, bott etc. I think I gave about £500 for mine, built like a tank, can buy bits should you break it. I’ll try and take a pic next time I walk past it

I fitted my first big van out with Tevo racking (was Hi Module in old days) and it’s great stuff. Drawers and cupboards and drop down shelves etc, great stuff. Still have it all, some still going in another van 20 years later and the rest is in my garage full of crap. If it saves you time it’s worth it.
These days we just use a shelf system on vans and have boxes and trays that can be removed. When your tool box is hard fixed into a vehicle it can be a right PITA when you need to change vans for a day or a week.
I’ve switched over to Dewalt Toughsystem drawers and boxes. I bolt the box ontop of the drawer. They dock into the van so they don’t slide about but you can still remove them to Chuck into the back of the pickup or trailer when needs be. Been okay so far after 2 years of daily use and abuse. Waterproof as well. I’ll find a photo.

I find that the same people who obsess over SnapOn tooboxes also obsess over Defenders, beefy flaps, Grassmen, and probably also underage boys.

Safe to say that it's a subsection of society that I feel is best avoided.

I had a set up like that once. Shut the sliding door on it once too often !

I had this 40inch Mac box in the back of a high top crafter van. Mounted it against the bulkhead on top of a van vault slider which opened out the side door. Ash plank top from my stock and a little vice, made a lovely work bench- everyone on my chainsaw course did there sharpening on it when we were out in the woods. It now lives in my mates workshop with my 3rd set of tools in, and has had several defender/discovery boxes worked on on it, great strong thing.
I paid £375 for it, immaculate second hand, 5 years ago, still worth that any day.
I also have a matching (model but not colour) top box that was similar money and condition that I bought a couple of months earlier. Sits on a bench in my workshop with my 2nd set of tools in 😆
