I’ve was very close to pushing the button on a new (old shape) dx10 recently, got a quote then just ended up busy with other things. 20mm wider on the new model would probably stop me accessing the next project via the footpath!
That's where I'd not be too worried with me still having the 8010 at 700mm. Just the zts of the e10/dx10 is nice.

But overall, there's only 3 jobs I remember where 730mm would of been too wide and of those 3 only 1 where I couldn't of bent the 8010 round the corner. I do however put the micro out on bigger jobs where you could get a 1.5t in and customer is still happy.....maybe I'm only convincing myself...🤪🤪🤪

My mate recently had a price 16.5k 5 year/3000 hour warranty manual hitch 3 buckets not sure if that's the warranty on all machines as they offered him a 300 hour 2020 dx10 and would warranty that for 2 years

Same dig depth and didn't realise it had gained 20mm in width

I like the look of the devlon but can't help thinking a oval boom going to snap similar to the few round boom JCB that have seen pics floating about. It's also gained another lever, can't find any manual to see what it is, maybe a dedicated track expanding. My mate is meant to be going to view them so might tag along if timing suits
I wouldn't be scared of a tubular boom - they wouldn't build them if they weren't up to the job - I ragged a 8014 jcb around for 10years and no issues, if you go looking for photos you'll find cracked booms of all designs.

The price I have is alot less than that.

I've had a play with one, was more comfortable to sit on, but that's me as I know people say other micros are better but I find them the opposite.

Oil filter is accessed via a little door in new dx10, I did read yesterday that they are putting hyundai engines in them next year over the kubota currently fitted, but I don't know if that's true and regardless I've a fair few kubota engined machines and they are decent lumps.

What looks to be the extra lever is the throttle.

Expanders is on an electric switch.
How much less?
