Greetings dear farmers. I am representing a tractor company that will enter into the UK market, most likely with 50-110 hp range. Currently we are sort of doing a market research to determine what type of models we should begin with. We'd appreciate *your* opinion on this matter. What do you need, what are you sick of, what makes you change your "usual" brand? Anything you'll care to share will be much appreciated. Thank you!

The size range you are suggesting are very small for modern uk farming usage to be honest. Scraper tractors on dairy farms and general purpose stockman tractors on hill farms will be your market at that size - price and meaningful warranty/backup will be really important. Keep everything basic, minimise electronics, have a comfortable cab with good ac, make them easily front-loader compatible/ergonomic (with very strong front axles).
Generally tractors are sold onto farms by known and trusted local dealers - your biggest barrier will probably be establishing a reliable sales network.

You probably better of just doing what others do and releasing a size/hp variant of tractor to start with. There won't be anything anybody tells you that is revolutionary I don't think.. :)

I imagine one of your biggest issues is getting past the brand snobbery thats about. Several claim they're not brand snobs but are as they won't run a 'lesser' brand like Deutz, Landini/Mccormick, Zetor and the such all brands that have been serving the UK for years but only have single depot dealers some times 2 depots and more often than not only you only see the older models about rarely a brand new one.
Personally for me if I wanted a new tractor I want synchromesh gearbox as a minimum non of my current tractors have that. Easy to work on simple electrics lights, starter and alternator is all you need levers can do the rest 540/1000 pto, decent hydraulic pump and a good amount of spools.
