TBF 7.5t lorries don't do many miles most the time. This would suit the council pot hole gangs. They could do a week's work on a charge.
'bout the only ppl it would suit  ... last 7.5 who was here in late June, with the wrong chucks had 50 odd drops on --- not a cat in hells' chance of doing that in a leccy sled
got one coming in the morning - I'll see how many he has on and his opinion of 155 mile range (at best - downhill with a tail wind) IMHDO you'd be lucky to see 100 real world miles, if that's what they're quoting.

Oh and the council boys'd most likely be out of charge by the third tea break in the winter with the heater on full bollox - they would like the heater without having to run the engine though :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Noticing a staggering amount of new Chinese stuff on the roads lately! Jaecoos and those BYDs etc... wondering at what point the bubble bursts when someone tries to sell one secondhand 😂
had to google them the other night after the ad. on the box .... WTF are they I thought ..... not a bad looking SUV - pity about the need for the extension leads though :ROFLMAO:

I'm becoming increasingly gammony about Chinese s**t, probably how people were about Japanese cars in the 1970s, except I suspect the Chinese s**t will turn out to be, in fact, s**t. Unlike the Jap stuff that turned out to be better than British Leyland etc. Anyway. Things should be getting better with time, not worse. I'm currently prototyping a bit of treework kit. One of the components on it is a lifting eye. There are German and Austrian variants for £170 or Chinese knockoffs for £40 or something. They'd probably be fine because I've overspecified enough anyway but I'm still going with the German one because f**k those slitty eyed innovation thieves, that's why. And f**k anyone who wants to buy their knockoff s**t.
