Hi there, has anyone got any suggestions about what could be causing this issue? I've got a Miller GT series quick coupler on a Hyundai Robex mini digger. The bottom part of the clamping mechanism works %100 but sometimes the top part of the clamping mechanism won't clear away and release the top pin on the bucket.
When it starts working it then works fine until the next day but it's a completely random issue. One day it's o.k the next day who knows when it might start working. The machine is almost new, the mechanical parts are clean and look in good condition and the hydraulic pipes look brand new.
Any ideas would be very welcome.

Warranty repair (or at least a phone call to whoever supplied it) I’d have thought?

Not being funny but are you using it properly? My case has a Miller hitch and it has to be crowded fully to open properly, not enough crowd and the rear pin with release but not the front one

X 2. Crowd it right under and open/close it a few times with no bucket, see if everything is moving as it should. Then check the bucket, pins and jaws for paint where there shouldn’t be any.
