Do the Volvo minis still have a button for boom swing or slew?
not really operated many machines although always feel the Kubota seem a little under powered although that maybe as the ones I've been on were hire kit.

Trick of the trade was Kubotas used to rev a bit less than JCB, JCB customer used to complain of jerkiness over a kubota, knock the revs on the jcb back a bit and you would get a smooth machine. Most owner opps would know this but try a hire customer or utility jockey max revs please sir

Personally couldn't get on with that setup can see the benefit of just being able to swing the boom if space is tight but much prefer being able to slew and swing boom at the same time.

Bucking the trend a bit but I always thought the basic little 801 series minis were a good little quick machine too - I have had a fair few of them........... nearly everyone slates them though for some reason - 95% of those have prob never owned one.
