Does anyone on here know of any manufacturers about who produce a crusher bucket for 3.5t excavators. I know about BAV & TMA but looking outside of them really. TIA

Seen the video, thought it was even more painful than the other types.
I think the MB range have now added a small version. Not sure what size machine they have got it down too, but it won’t be cheap, but if it is a toggle type like the bigger range it will almost certainly work far more effectively than the small jaw crushers.

What man as done, man can do, what never has, maybe
I would think it’s faster than a jaw version of the same size as it’s crushing all the time where as a toggle spends half the time opening the jaw doing nothing
That’s why they have cone crushers working quarries 🤔

Still painfully slow on a small machine though😩

Jaw/ cone, gyratory used for different parts of process, used to take us full day, once a month to change concave/ mantle in pegson gyratory,as opposed to couple of hours with jaw turn every fortnight, change every month on cue ken. cost of gyratory body of cone crusher is higher, twice or three times of jaw crusher, and the workshop cost is larger. The weight of cone crusher is larger than that of jaw crusher with the same output by 1-2 times, so the equipment cost is higher. The installation and maintenance of cone crusher is more complicated than jaw crusher.
Agree that these small buckets seem hard way to go about job

No MB ain't cheap. I agree that's one of the most painfull ones I've seen and the amount of wearing parts/surfaces in it!

You would definitely want to find a stick to hold the pedal down with that thing on. Image sitting on the machine all day with that on😴
