Have you tried pushing them in with the bucket of the machine ? If you take out any grease nipples so there is no pressure and then push them in with the digger bucket til you get them right in then try again .
I tried with the top nipple out but will try again with them both out. When I took the top nipple out I could pump grease in that came out the top one. Fingers crossed for tomoz 😂.

Try and give them a bit of a dunt it might just get them moving .

Nope Dunted the Dunt out of it and nothing. Gave up and did another few loads in her today. She did a hole 50LTS without a breakage !!!!!

Can you blow any of the old grease out with an airline/rinse it through with diesel and blow more out etc to create as much of an airspace behind the ram as possible, and reinstall the nipples to keep crap out. Keep using the machine and see if actual work allows it to start freeing off when there is nothing preventing the ram from moving back. Probably bollocks but might be worth a try.
