Don't complain - suggest what's better
I’m sure they are using it, but if it had been that great it would have been all over the internet showing how great the Chinese are. My bet is the prefab units went in okay, but not fitted out like a modern hospital, especially western one. I saw some pictures of another place the were using for quarantine, looked like a big indoor arena that they had made hundreds of tiny cells from plywood partitions. Pretty grim.
