What would the tractor me worth? How come these massive tractors aren't as powerful as the attic lorrys they look huge

£150 grand plus for that if it's the 400hp one
They have low down torque which is what they need can be on full revs at less than 1mph
Great at pulling cultivators but they are really lovely to pull a load with they don't feel like they are the boss of a load like a unit does

The Money that is in the tractor and trailer you could get a completely legal hgv set up for the same money.

Photo from earlier on in the year of our 349E on the move be about 65 ton on the trailer between machine, buckets and ripper. 26/27 ton in the unit and trailer.

Our new truck like to tipple the juice, she averages around 8mpg
but I have to keep reminding myself that nothing less will do what we are asking of it

Ours does about 4.5 to the gallon. Plan on getting the next one with an auto transmission should help with the fuel economy, Volvo in Glasgow recon that was the last manual tractor unit they sold, can’t get them no more all I-shift with crawler gears now.
