Congratulations to John Kelly Construction Ltd they recently invested in yet another Rototilt tiltrotator. This time they invested in our Rototilt R4. This was supplied with a S60 machine coupler and TLE control system + SecureLock, installed on there new Liebherr A914C wheeled excavator.

The installation was carried out by the Rototilt UK Service Team at Liebherr GB Ltd, Biggleswade. Our Rototilt R4 suits excavator sizes from 10t to 16t. ✔️

This is some awesome setup, I am sure you will all agree. 👍👍😜

Our TLE control system consists of Tilt-Lock-Extra, directional valves that enable switching between the tilt function and an additional hydraulic outlet on the tiltrotator. The quick coupler is also controlled by this system. The system is designed to operate with dual hydraulic functions from the machine. The tilt and rotation functions can be used at the same time if permitted by the machine. The TLE control system utilizes the on-board existing excavator joystick handles. ✔️

Stumbled across this looking for something else Graham, Its basically a 4 hose system, but the Liebherr has the rotate lines coming out at the same side, so 3 down one side, one on the other.
