I own a neuson 803 1 tonne micro. Ive been thinking about a rake for it. Is there a reason why I never see a rake on a 1tonne micro? I can't even find somewhere that sells one

I'd imagine the most obvious reason is that the sort of jobs most people would have a micro in (back gardens) are so small you'd just rake it quickly by hand.

I got one for my micros.

One a home made job and the other made by bmc

I use my Digbits rake bucket on my micro yanmar all the time, very versatile bucket.
Can pull out rubbish/hardcore with it, riddle with it, pull out roots, make a half decent tilth and level out with it. Been money well spent for me.
I've also got an RSL land rake for my 1.5 ton, can go on the micro if i wanted though, which does a good job with raking/improving soil and clearing scrub/brambles/brash, but I prefer the more versatile bucket rake.

Got a 1200mm one we use for prepping for turf rather than rotavate and rake, does a good job scratching up a tilth and using the back of bucket to level. Great bit of kit.
Bad side is it’s too wide to have on machine for access usually and it’s a pain to get in as it’s too long to sling off hitch and not smack the machine, too long for a barrow and too heavy to easily carry in. Also tips the e10s easily if you fill the bucket at reach or cross tracks obvs.

I’ve got a home made 750mm rake, 75 mm centres. It gets used on most jobs I do. You might rake up leaves faster by hand, but that’s it.
