Just seen that. Don't think Individually they'd add up to more than £50k so not much of a bargain to be hand given your having to buy the whole lot!. It's all pretty old gear although doesnt look in bad condition tbf.Dunno if you fancy doing a bit of Arthur Daly dealing - you could potentially end up with a cheap Kubota if you sell the rest on…View attachment 81824
But you’d want to bid him in the bollox at it as a job-lot to start with…..

£40k bid should be a bit closer imo.Just seen that. Don't think Individually they'd add up to more than £50k so not much of a bargain to be hand given your having to buy the whole lot!. It's all pretty old gear although doesnt look in bad condition tbf.
Agree. Got to be something init for the buyer taking a punt on it all like that, if he wants £50k he'd probably get it but needs to get off his arse and sell it individually! But

Ive been thinking about parting with my TB125 which is similar hrs and age and in pretty good condition. But can't imagine id get more than £9k for it in reality. It's nearly 20yrs old!guess my 5k hour kx71-3 might still be worth 10-12k then but think it'll stay and live out its dotage with us as we have so many attachments and buckets for it the next new 3 ton is going to have to have a hitch to suit. we paid 13k for it in 2008 with 1k hours!
I think you are at least 5k too much on the bobcat. Otherwise I agree. The Kubota 14k
Bobcat 20K
JCB 8k
Dumper 3k
Roller 3k.
Imho.
Yep. Id give him an extra grand for the dumper tooI think you are at least 5k too much on the bobcat. Otherwise I agree.
What I've found is your better off putting something on marketplace very realistically priced/cheap then generally it goes pretty quick and hasle free, probably still more you'd get from a dealer trade in. Try and hold out for a few extra grand and expect a plethora of time wasters which pretty much outweighs the additional money your trying to get! So much plant sits on marketplace week after week trying their luck. The bulk sale guy makes no sense you’re cutting out 95% market
Stick it in auction take chance or reserve them
Sell to a dealer at 25-30% reduction
Or just sell it individually it’s only 5 bits of kit not that much hassle
Exactly, who realistically wants that chunk of kit all at the same time. A dealer would buy it, but its resale price is only 50k so it’s a 30k package for a dealer!! Let’s face it there is nothing special in that lot, a deal would just pick up whatever they actually need for stock at auction. The bulk sale guy makes no sense you’re cutting out 95% market

IF and a big IF you actually wanted all of it!I worked that lot out to be worth about 35-40k
Possible tbh a basic non-expanding track JCB is about that5k jcb would be a steal though and working roller at 3k also a good buy imho
