Hello mate. I've seen rubber done. If memory serves it was a machine I saw for sale on eBay. I messaged him thru ebay asking if he'd mind telling me what size tracks they were. He was a total ****, told me to buy his and I'd find out

When I had an RC20 I asked several track suppliers about rubber options and they all drew a blank. But like I said, I've seen it done.

hi mate, thanks, What about refurbing the existing tracks, anyone done that? Is it all hardened? I guess I cant just weld some tube in where the bushes are worn through in a few places....or can i....

I've seen these on ebay, which are the same size with 2 extra links....which is 200mm (100mm top, 100mm bottom), so maybe I can modify the tensioner and add some extra length on the front to accommodate these tracks....

Track width: 300mm x Pitch: 109Wmm x Links: 41

just speaking to chap who reckons 300X52.5X80K are newer version of track, and fit in every tooth rather than every other tooth on sprocket.

109*39 = 4251mm
52.5*80 = 4200mm

So sounds promising!

@Mazed414, you seem to have defiled my trust....... "Thanks to our deep knowledge and relations in the industry" Relations you could of had if you'd perhaps posted your intentions at the beginning rather than being a sneaky little fool and posting a link for engine parts on a thread about crawler tracks.

It's a shame as @Mogman wanted some yanmar parts the other day, but you where still pretending to be someone your not..... this is sad, very sad.

Perhaps you should apologies and reconsider your actions?
