Kubota kx61-3 hydraulic problem

Hi guys first post and I am looking pointed in the right direction…

I have a kx61-3, 4600 hours, I have rebuilt the hydraulic pump and has been working fine, until the last few days after running 20 mins or so the oil warms up and the hydraulic functions are all slower now…

I machine faced the valve plate and cylinder block inside the pump and rebuilt up.
I didn’t touch the 10no individual pistons which had slight scratching on them..
changed oil to half 46 half 68 hydraulic and cleaned both filters in the tank. ( my machine does not have a charge filter)

My question is:

After doing the pump up by facing valve plate and the cylinder block the machine was operating 100% but after 5 hours use now it’s down on power.

Would the pump need changed or completely rebuilt with new pistons etc
Orit be a relief valve problem?

I’m going to test pressures does anyone have any test port operating pressures or what roughly I should be getting.?

Any help would be appreciated :)
