Hello, looking for some advice regarding the boom on my Kubota kx61/2

i have changed rotary shaft bushes, emptied hydraulic oil from tank, put in new filters. Blade works will track but boom wont move. Can anyone help please?

are you referring to the rotary coupling down through the centre of the slew ring??
shouldn't have any effect on anything 'upstairs'

It's not just the deadman lever solenoid or switch not engaging? Fairly sure the KX161-2 (5 tonner but same series) the tracks and blade worked regardless but only the boom was deactivated by the deadman...

good shout ... yeh blade and tracking is non servo .. boom, dipper, slew and bucket are all servo controlled functions

Boom only or everything other than tracks and blade? Does this machine have fast track?

Got to be a servo lockout somewhere I'd have said.

Youd need to check your getting pressure to the ram... could be a problem in the ram itself or the oil getting to it

What I was gonna say was change over the solenoids for pilot and fast track and if any hydraulics come back when you operate the fast track!

So everything else is working bar the boom? Slew and bucket etc are work?
