Kubota KX015-4 Error code 025

Hi All,

My 1.5t Kubota is coming up with a "25" error code & flashing red warning triangle. If I turn the engine off & on again both disappear, but come on again after 20 or 30 minutes. I can't find any reference to it in the manual. Does anyone know what the code means & what I should do?

Couldn’t find a list of fault codes for Kubota excavators, but on Kubota tractors…worth a check?

Well, I found a list of codes in the manual - but they stop at 24 & then today I went to use the digger & it won't turn on Nothing even showing on the console, no noises, anything. I checked every fuse, including the 3 in the battery compartment & even tried jumping it, but it made no difference. Anyone know any other likely things I could check?

There are safety relays on some machines ,hidden behind fuse box

Well, it did turn out to be a completely dead battery - jump starting with the battery in place hadn't done anything, but putting a new one in worked and the digger has been working fine since! Is there a way to know if there's a problem with the alternator which would kill the new battery too?

Test the voltage at the battery whilst running,it does happen
