Kobelco SK07 Micro Control Change and Control Identification

On subject digger its set up a bit counter for me with the left hand stick Swing set as F-B as opposed to L-R. Any ideas how to change short of repiping at the valves? Also on topic after generic gaiter replacements for control sticks and also identifying the controls circled in the below. Many thanks.
