As @Mogman says, re-seal your unit, unless there is significant wear on the metal parts, re-realing is not a bad job. It’s probably more of a pain removing the unit than it is to do the seals.
Try Vicary Plant for the seals, but I’d also consider calling your local JCB dealer, to get a price on the parts also.
