JS130 rotary coupling leak

Hi the above machine developed a leak out of the top of the coupling, seals we’re done & lasted 1000hrs then went again, rather than replacing them again we replaced it with a 2nd hand unit this barely made it till dinner time before it started leaking.
Does anyone have any ideas? Or is is just a bad replacement unit?

Could be bad luck, but I'd check the case drain line is not blocked or piped up wrong
