Indeed, I would be going to look at bobcat this week but because of the festival, the ferry price has doubled.
Most micros tend to be around 860mm max track width and to be honest with them being conventional tail swing they are stable, the bobcat and takeuchi I think need the extra track width to counter the effects of the near zero tail swing.Been to the local dealers on the island. Wacker nuson 803 is £12,750+ and yanmar svo8 is £11,600+. Neither offer 0% and both are on sticks and both only expand to 800 odd wide. I'm still liking the idea of the bobcat but I'll wait for the finance quote on those 2. Do these micro diggers break often, within the warranty? The reason I ask is it's about £100-200 for ferry and half a day to get to the nearest bobcat dealer.
Also has anyone used a yanmar vio12? That looks a bit more on par with the e10
I’m near Chichester if you want to come over and play with my E10 for a day. Speaking to bobcat of London re the E27 later, I’ll ask what the deal is re going to Isle of Wight.
I can tell you that with £1400 down, a full spec E10 with buckets and hitch would be around £210 a month interest free over five years according to the spreadsheet they sent me for the new offer.
At that price they are almost giving them away. That is only £6.90 a day - insane!

I'm sure it's the design of the boom as there is more of a downward curve to it.I am really interested in an e10 to replace the kubota k008-3 that I have now. But looking on Google at the specs of both machines , the e10 has 200 mm less dump height than my old kubota, which is a lot when loading Skip loaders etc.. I don't quite get how an e10 can have good dig depth and reach but not the dump height?
Thanks, that is useful to know. I guess it's always going to be wheelbarrow s when you've gone through a narrow gate to a back garden, but I have had quite a few extensions to dig out over the years on the side of houses where you wouldn't have room to swing the 1.5 tonner because you are tight to boundary wall of neighbors house etc. So I do think myself it is useful to have ability to load a dumper.
I guess it could be tracks o r sprockets, not bad much experience of track barrows. i was going to buy a track barrow for a job that I have coming up, but found that putting a set of narrow wheels and tyres on my neuson 1001 dumper gets the width down to 980mm .
