jcb hydradig problem

my hydradig stop working and ??? are showing on monitor next to rpm,kmh, it doesnt show how much fuel is in it or ad blue. I cant turn the machine. also some warning lihts are showed on screen.
it ahow fault code u1917-87
has anyone a solution?

fault code u1917-87 just says, engine- no communication.

An ecu problem, id check the usual stuff. Fuses, especially main (big) fuses. Relays etc.

Does the machine have an emergency stop in the cab?

Could be a main cable plug from the upper to lower part of the machine come loose? Or probably a main fuse , JCB’s love to blow fuses!

Check All the battery leads at the battery, isolated and starter.
The amount we have been to where they are loose is unreal, even broke down during a handover with the local jcb rep, jcb couldn't attend for a few days so we got called out

that is class ... NOT!! ..... have to feel slightly sorry for the rep. who having probably worked hard on the sale gets the ultimate kick in the balls with the breakdown and THEN no service
