Good afternoon everyone, does anyone have a decent wiring schematic for this Tracked Dumster, JCB HTD-5 I've had a major loom fire and have now replaced both the main loom and ignition module however its still completely dead at the key, I have found yet another connector block which looks like it had wiring to it at some point so I'm assuming this could be the problem, any help would be much appreciated, I have spoken to JCB but they inform me that they are unable to forward these kind of details unless I was a JCB Agent!
Thanks in advance.

So, I ended up, sitting down and drawing out the harness schematic and have now diagnosed the fault and rectified it, so all sorted now!

I've been waiting to access the Servicemaster laptop at work, ready to search for the schematic! Glad you've sorted it though.

Hi , I've been trolling the Internet and also spoke to Jcb , they managed to send me a schematic today but It so badly copied I can't see a thing .

I have a HTD5 and it has some wiring damage , will.start off the cord but the ignition is dead as a dodo, I don't suppose you have the schematic you drew do you please so I can rectify the faults on my machine.

Many thanks
James
