Hi there, bit of information required - would appreciate any help. 2002 JCB 8015 - bought 2014 for self build - now part of the family. Hydraulic oil tank removed and repaired - right hand valve block disconnected during this process and all hoses marked with pen to the corresponding numbered heads - time to reconnect after repair job but the markings have disappeared - need some help with which hose goes where - please see pics. Its the boom and bucket lever - be grateful for any info please. The valve block is numbered 1,2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

gonna be a faff - but ...
find t'other ends of those lines at the main valve block (under the floor?) and determine which slices are bucket and boom (trace the hoses to the relevant rams) - disconnect the easiest pair of servo lines at the slice (and make sure you mark them properly - coloured cable ties) ... bit of air pressure up lines to decide which is the pair you're after, at the sticks, with a blow gun (look out for exiting oil at the top end)
if you go for say boom - boom down will be the front most port on the joystick base - up will be rearmost..
connect up and the other two will be either left or right ports for crowd/open ... once it's all reconnected and oiled up if you get them the wrong way round, it's just a case of swapping over to get the action matching the servo stick/spool - main thing is you will have established the correct pairings and easy enough to swap vice/versa, if incorrect action for stick movement
