Jcb 48Z-1 error code and hydraulic issue.

Hi folks

looking forward a jcb excavator expert!

My 48Z-1 has thrown up the error code B2622-13
It means that there’s a lack of pressure at the servos, so at least a lack of a signal to confirm correct pressure.
the machine will operate perfectly for about 15 seconds, then the code will pop up, after another ten seconds it cuts all pressure to the servos.
I’ve changed both pressure sensors relating to the code but there’s no difference.
I’ve been advised by Scot Jcb that the problem might be in the “Servo maintenance valve block assembly” but I’m reluctant to change it yet!
Anyone had this issue with a jcb mini?

I did one when new it was a faulty sender on the pilot block, it did basically the same, started up and idled, as soon as anything was operated it threw up a fault code but can’t remember what the code was, fitted new sender recommended by JCB and reset errors on the laptop!

One Jcb tech told me that the modem machines (this is 2017) have automatic fault reset so new part should fix the issue. No such luck!

That’s probably after they had lots of faults to clear and couldn’t keep up! I was still resetting in 2014!

Does the code stay up when you turn off and restart or does it pop up everytime after 15 seconds of use or just 15 seconds of idle?

It only pops up once you’ve dropped the left control arm and pressed the button to power up the servos. The machine will work away absolutely perfectly for about 15-20 seconds, then error doses pops up, followed by system resetting and a loss of servo pressure.

Change over the two pilot solenoids (if the error only occurs when 2 speed tracking is used then it will need a new solenoid)

Check the fouth fuse from the left on the bottom row

It keeps blowing the fuse on me too so iv got the meter out

So in my cas it is the lift overload pressure switch, all cables were severed.
Itl do it every time

Ironically the lift overload system on these machines is utter pants!! Mine goes off even when lifting an empty bucket, no where near the lifting chart weight capability!

Yeah these cables are run in a tight position, both sides severed and now stil some high resistance with 8.1k ohm readings, does anyone else thinks this is too high and wil cause issues, i cant check without a pressure switch, which is on order and should be here tomorrow.
