Hi everyone , I found a 02 1CX

It looks rough both on the photos and in person, but the engine runs fine, fired up on the second crank after sitting for 2 years, it moves, however a few things are making me uneasy about purchasing it.
No.1 - It doesn’t turn 360 degrees in a spot, you have to do a 3 point turn in order to turn around. I’ve seen a few clips where they are able to turn around in place.
No.2 - Frond hydraulics fall really fast. When I lift the bucket up to the top it drops to the floor in about 30 seconds.
From what I’ve been able to figure out the controls are joysticks and that makes me think that maybe they are done for, the rear arm is solid and the hydraulics are strong. I’ve asked a few mechanics I know and none of them have ever worked on a 1CX so their guess is as good as mine so I figured maybe someone here owns/owned/worked on these and, based on what I’ve described, has a very rough idea on what could be the possible issues and what to check in order to at least narrow down the possible list of faults. I know it’s not a brand new machine and some fixes are needed, but I’m not so eager to sink 10, 15k or more on parts and labor alone and end up with a very expensive lawn ornament.
