It is the first piece of plant that I have owned and looking forward to using it

made before the accountants took control of QC ... like the older 3CX,s ... solid, simple and reliable

Used it for the first time at work today and was really pleased with the way it handled large footing stones and I really do mean large

Having such a big arse really does help them. Shame they arnt expanding tracks as they are a bit tippy cross carriage. Will do a surprising amount of work for such a little machine.

Rory said to me when I bought it .... find an old undercarriage frame and spread it to 4 ft, then chuck it under it .. be an awesome weapon .... not found one yet, but looking .. would certainly make it a stable little beast ... much wider, but STABLE ...and go anywhere

They arnt exactly a complex undercarriage from memory 100mm box arnt they. I'm sure with your skills you could make the existing undercarriage manually expandable quite easily.

TBH I've not really looked that hard at it ... interesting idea though .... hoses'd be the biggest issue, I'd've thought ... would be easier to have a n other frame sat to play with and then swap bits over - possibly

You forget druid lives on a Welsh cliff face though.
I've never failed to do a job with one but then there are definitely places I would refuse to go that I would happily take the same size machine on a wider set of tracks. Or I have spent ages digging an area flat so I can travel through, only to have to reinstate the bank afterwards

's not quite that bad, but aside from my patch and the drives, it's all pretty slopey here

I think most machines go out to 1.3 don't they. So 6 inches. You can do alot with 6 inches.
